Official rules and guidelines for using our website and applying for PrimeX League.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using this website, or by applying to our leagues and conferences, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Minors
PrimeX League organizes sports competitions with youth categories (U10-U16):
- Minor Athletes: Require the express and verified consent of their parents or legal guardians to apply and participate.
- Coaches & Directors: Must possess corresponding valid credentials and agree to undergo background checks and screening as required by the league.
3. Applications & Selection Process
Submitting an application form (as an athlete or coach) does not guarantee selection, space, or entry into the Central Florida Conference of PrimeX League.
- Accuracy of Information: Applicants agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information on all forms.
- Territorial Selection: Territorial representations are organized privately by PrimeX League and do not officially represent local governments, municipalities, or public entities.
- Discretionary Decision: The league reserves the exclusive right to admit, reject, or revoke any application at any time.
4. Code of Conduct & Fair Play
Both on the website and at league events, we demand the highest standards of sportsmanship and respect:
- Zero Tolerance: Harassment, hate speech, toxicity, or unsportsmanlike behavior by athletes, coaches, or parents is strictly prohibited.
- Proper Site Use: Attempting to breach website security or using the site to distribute spam or malicious software is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, trademarks, names, texts, programming codes, and multimedia content on this site are the exclusive property of PrimeX League and are protected by United States copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Use of the website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Exclusion of Damages: PrimeX League will not be liable for any injuries, losses, or direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this site or participation in the league's sports activities.
- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Central Florida (Orange County).
