3. CAN-SPAM Act Compliance

In compliance with the federal CAN-SPAM Act, we guarantee the following for all of our email communications:

  • Physical Address: We include our physical mailing address in all outgoing digital correspondence.

State Compliance

4. State of Florida Regulations

As an organization based in Central Florida, we strictly adhere to specific state statutes:

  • Consent to Contact (Florida Telemarketing Act): We will not make promotional calls or send marketing text messages without prior express consent, collected via our application forms.
  • Data Security (Florida Information Protection Act - FIPA): We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access or breaches.
  • Data Transparency & Deletion: Florida residents may request to view, correct, or completely delete their stored personal data.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Since PrimeX League includes youth categories (U10-U16), protecting children's privacy is paramount. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental/guardian consent. Applications for minor athletes must be filled and signed digitally by a parent or legal guardian.

6. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your information only as long as necessary to manage the leagues and application flows. You can withdraw your consent, request corrections, or request deletion of your records at any time.
